ROBERT has lived in San Diego, California since conception. Primarily a self-taught cartoonist, he studied briefly under the mentoring of artist Billy Martinez of Neko Press. As a freelancing creative, Robert specializes in illustration and comics. Freelance takes him down various other avenues including videography, animation, writing, and graphic design. His commissioned work is done on the side of his day job in a completely unrelated field. Currently, he is hard at work on his 100 Punks illustration project. He is also scripting and drawing further pages for his adorable comic, EdiBots, to be again serialized online at EdiBots.com and eventually published in a physical volume. He is interested in storyboarding and collaborating with musicians to create promotional materials such as posters, merchandise, and particularly album art. Robert entertains himself by playing the accordion, mostly at night when his neighbors are trying to sleep. One day, he hopes to start an accordion led punk rock band. He fluctuates between being an obsessive reader and a casual one. Aside from art, music, and books, Robert also enjoys old school video games, skateboarding, dancing, television, and walking outside on gloomy days. The rest of his free time is spent pondering the abstract aspects of the universe. All inquiries regarding professional services, private commissions, or Robert himself are welcome.
